The Situation Gradually Spirals Out of Control

The Bee Woman was still screaming and running out of control when a petite figure suddenly ran out of the teaching building.

It was a young girl with brownish-auburn short hair, dressed in simple black sportswear, looking like a cute girl-next-door. However, she was carrying a massive hammer that didn't suit her appearance at all.

The girl charged straight at the Bee Woman, swung the hammer, and smashed it down!

Even though the Bee Woman had clearly dodged quickly, she seemed to be hit head-on by some invisible force. She was sent flying, and when she hit the ground, her body was flattened like a pancake.

"That's a transcendent from Dawn Technology. People call her Monster Strength Girl," Pei Yue whispered as a reminder.

The other Dawn employees rushed over to recover the Bee Woman's gruesome remains. The chaos seemed to have come to a temporary end.

But just then, Yue Shi suddenly spoke up, "Something's not right."

"What is it?" Pei Yue asked, looking confused.

"Look over there," Yue Shi said, pointing.

Following his finger, everyone saw several figures walking out of the teaching building. Soon, more people emerged from the laboratory building, the library, and the sports center. They were all female and possessed the same eerie beauty, with creepy smiles on their faces as they converged from all directions.

"This is bad. It looks like they've all fully mutated into supernatural creatures!" Fang Jianxin growled anxiously.

"There are too many of them. Retreat!" Zhong Mo was the first to turn and head out.

Fang Jianxin grabbed Bai Qingyu and followed closely. "With so many supernatural creatures, even transcendents can barely protect themselves. For ordinary people, staying here is a death sentence!"

The others were panicked by her words, but they didn't lose their heads and run aimlessly; instead, they huddled closely around the three transcendents.

It wasn't just the group from Tulip Security Company retreating; the Dawn Technology team in the distance was also making an emergency escape.

Once the last Dawn Technology employee scrambled into their vehicle, the driver slammed on the gas.

But the car had barely started moving when there was a loud bang.

A Bee Woman dropped from the sky, flapping her wings as she charged head-on. She shattered the windshield in a suicidal collision and lunged into the car, attacking indiscriminately.

The driver was killed instantly. The car swerved uncontrollably and slammed into a tree by the roadside.

The sudden crash caught everyone inside off guard. As the venomous bees swarmed in, panic ensued, and some instinctively opened fire to protect themselves. Stray bullets hit not only the enemies but also their own allies, further escalating the chaos.

Monster Strength Girl's ability wasn't suited for such a cramped space. Seeing that the others' chances of survival were slim, she immediately abandoned the car and fled.

The Tulip Security Company group watched this unfold from a distance. More venomous bees and Bee Women were moving toward that car from the streets outside the school. Their own group was also being attacked, but with three transcendents holding the line, the Bee Women and venomous bees couldn't break through for the moment.

"Escaping by car won't work. We need to find a room to hide in and seal the doors and windows!" Pei Yue suggested, sensing the imminent danger.

Although there were three transcendents in the group who could temporarily protect the ordinary people, once their energy was depleted or their condition worsened, they would definitely prioritize their own safety and abandon the non-combatants. There was no way they would sacrifice themselves for others!

Yue Shi, the last to enter, locked the door, shutting out the rising chorus of screams from the hallway.

Pei Yue slumped into the principal's chair, gasping for air. "What on earth is going on? Why did the contaminated individuals all fully mutate and go mad at once? Where are the people from the Investigation Bureau?!"

No one could answer him.

Yue Shi walked to the window. A quick glance showed over a dozen Bee Women running rampant on the playground.

Their forms varied. Some had severe physical mutations and seemed specialized for combat; the one Monster Strength Girl had flattened earlier belonged to this category. Others retained a more human appearance, even possessing a strange, delicate beauty. Their combat power and agility were average, but they could control venomous bees and spit beeswax. The two Bee Women Yue Shi had dealt with previously were of this type.

Clearly, the situation was dire. An unprecedented supernatural disaster had erupted in this school.

Yet Yue Shi felt no worry or fear. Instead, he was itching with excitement. If he could devour the source of so many supernatural creatures at once, it would be enough to gain one or even two new abilities!

The office door was suddenly struck with immense force. Pei Yue jumped, nearly sliding off his chair in fright.
