Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid digital access products and subscription charges on Novels Haven.

1. Chapter Keys and Tickets

Paid Chapter Keys and free Tickets are digital access items only. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and can only be used inside the Service. When they are spent to unlock a chapter, that use is final.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. If you cancel, future billing stops and access generally continues through the end of the current paid period. Cancel before your next renewal if you do not want to be charged again.

We do not issue refunds for automatic renewal charges because you forgot to cancel before the renewal date. If you do not want another monthly charge, you must cancel before your next billing date.

3. General Refund Rule

Except where required by law or where we confirm a billing or technical error caused by us, purchases and subscription charges are non-refundable. We do not give refunds for change of mind, forgetting to cancel before renewal, unused time, or dissatisfaction with content.

4. Limited Exceptions

We may correct, restore, or refund a charge if we verify that you were charged incorrectly or that our systems failed to deliver the paid access you purchased.
