Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital currency (keys, credits) made on our platform and to any content or features unlocked using such currency (collectively, "Chapter Keys").

1. Nature of Chapter Keys

Chapter Keys are a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access premium content and features within the Service. Chapter Keys have no cash or monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other consideration. Chapter Keys may be used only within the Service and do not constitute a stored-value instrument.

2. All Sales Final; Irreversibility of Spends

All purchases of Chapter Keys are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with digital content, or a change of mind. When Chapter Keys are spent to unlock content (e.g., chapters), the deduction occurs immediately and will not be reversed, even if you later delete your account or the content becomes unavailable, except where required by law.

3. Limited Exceptions

We may grant a refund only in the following cases: (i) the purchase of Chapter Keys or access to content was not delivered due to a verified technical error in our systems; or (ii) you were charged incorrectly due to an error on our part. If eligible, we may restore access, correct the error, or issue a full refund. No partial refunds are provided.

4. How to Request Support or a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the Limited Exceptions above, contact us at support@novelshaven.com within fourteen (14) days of the transaction and include your account email, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. We may request additional information to verify and resolve your request.

5. Immediate Delivery; Cooling-Off Waiver

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content delivered immediately upon payment. You therefore expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and waive any statutory withdrawal, cooling-off, or cancellation rights (including those under EU/UK law) to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first to resolve billing or technical issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Filing a dispute without giving us an opportunity to assist may result in account restrictions, including suspension or termination. If a refund or dispute request is found to be false, deceptive, or outside the permitted exceptions, we may limit account features, suspend purchasing privileges, or close the account to protect the integrity of the Service.

7. Jurisdiction-Specific Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If your local laws mandate certain remedies or rights, we will honor those obligations.
