If you buy Chapter Keys or subscribe, we collect information needed to manage paid access, such as purchase history, subscription status, payment processor customer and subscription identifiers, wallet balances, ledger records, and chapter unlock history. Full payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.

Usage and technical information. We automatically collect technical and usage data such as IP address, browser, device information, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, account activity timestamps, analytics events, and ad-related interaction data.

Public content you submitted, such as reviews, comments, replies, and profile posts, may remain on the Service after your account is deleted, but it will no longer be displayed with your personal profile information and may appear under a generic name such as "Deleted user."

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, legal compliance, tax/accounting obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms. If specific public content contains personal information, you may contact us to request review or removal.
