Olivia felt that the twists and turns of life were truly wondrous. Unknowingly, the transcender class rank no longer seemed so distant from her.
All she needed to do now was wait. Once she felt that her state of being had reached a point of perfect completion, she could complete her breakthrough and enter a new realm.
Initiates, Pilgrims, and Sensates were all low-level class rank transcendents.
Transcenders, Domainists, and Skywalkers were mid-level class rank transcendents.
Starting from the Evolver rank, one was considered a high-level class rank transcendent.
Was she finally about to step into the intermediate levels of the transcendent world?
Olivia could not help but feel a sense of anticipation for the future.
She took several deep breaths to calm her emotions, then took out King's Domain and teleported to the Daylight Cathedral.
Generally speaking, as long as she revealed her crimson left eye to intimidate them once, both the King's Domain and Elemental Praise would remain peaceful for a period of time, even if she did not show her eye again.
In other words, a single display of dominance every once in a while was enough.
However, there were exceptions. When she needed to exert more of the power within these two forbidden artifacts, she would need to manifest her left eye to better drive them.
After teleporting to the entrance of the Daylight Cathedral, Olivia quickly entered and found the personnel responsible for the undercover operation. She reported that she had successfully integrated herself into the Rose Legion.
Having completed her report, she returned to her home on Annus Street.
The entire trip had taken very little time. She could only say that since obtaining King's Domain, everything she did had become much simpler and more convenient.
Next, it was time for a peaceful sleep.
......
Early the next morning, Olivia left a letter at home.
Thales had not mentioned how they would meet next, so she simply left a letter. If he wanted to find her, he would undoubtedly break into her home on his own anyway.
The content of the letter was very straightforward, stating that while investigating within the church, she had indeed discovered news regarding Fiona.
"Lord Thales, please prepare yourself. I must share some heartbreaking news with you.
"It is that Lady Fiona... she has passed away.
"I discovered Lady Fiona's body among the remains in the church's identification hall waiting to be claimed.
"I could hardly believe my eyes, but it is all too real. I have confirmed it repeatedly; that is indeed Lady Fiona’s body.
"How inconceivable it is. When Lady Fiona appeared before me again, she was in the form of a corpse.
"The ones who murdered Lady Fiona were those vampires from the Bloody Sickle!
"Not long ago, the church discovered and successfully eradicated a stronghold of the Bloody Sickle.
"The church captured several members of the Bloody Sickle and discovered their blood bank.
"In a vampire's blood bank, there is often 'blood prey' stored within. I believe you understand what that means, Lord Thales.
"These are undoubtedly disgusting details. They murdered many transcendents and stored them as materials for future use.
"Without a doubt, poor Lady Fiona was targeted in such a manner, murdered by those hateful vampires to serve as their blood prey.
"Lady Fiona's body remains in the church's identification hall. Lord Thales, what should we do next?"
After leaving the letter, Olivia reread her writing a few times and couldn't help but smile.
This attempt to frame the Bloody Sickle was something they likely couldn't even defend themselves against. They had so much blood prey that they wouldn't necessarily remember the origin of every single one.
Furthermore, some of their people were already dead. Those still alive would naturally assume that any blood prey they didn't recognize had been procured by those who had already perished.
Perfect!
After leaving the letter in her house, Olivia departed.
......
One hour after Olivia went to the Elijah Chamber of Commerce in the Main District.
A figure drifted into her home like a ghost from the outside—it was Thales!
Thales had not forgotten that Olivia said she would investigate news of Fiona at the church today. Since he currently had no other channels for information, he decided after some thought to wait at Olivia's place for any potentially useful news.
Upon entering the house, Thales did not see Olivia, but he noticed a letter on the coffee table in the living room. It was addressed: "To the lord from last night."
A letter for him?
Thales was somewhat surprised. Had Olivia already investigated useful information in such a short amount of time?
He immediately stepped forward and opened the letter to read it.
He had only read a few lines when his face darkened, and veins began to pop on his forehead.
"Bloody Sickle... you damn vampires, you deserve to die!"
Thales could not help but curse aloud.
If Fiona's body was already in the church's identification room, then there could be no doubt about this matter.
His anger toward the Bloody Sickle instantly flared up.
Although both the Rose Legion and the Bloody Sickle were considered heretics by the church, in reality, there was no sentiment of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" between heretical organizations.
The enemy of an enemy was still an enemy.
The relationship between the Rose Legion and the Bloody Sickle had never been good. They had engaged in constant overt and covert struggles, resulting in significant casualties on both sides.
And now, another page had been added to that debt!
......
Olivia did not know that Thales would arrive so early.
But regardless of when he came, it did not affect the smooth execution of her plan. After all, this was something validated by the magic mirror; nothing could go wrong.
Having successfully glossed over Fiona's death, Olivia felt relieved. Next, she only needed to focus on dealing with the Rose Legion in her identity as Stella.
She had realized that the members of the Rose Legion Stella encountered were distinctly different from the people Olivia interacted with; they likely belonged to two different departments.
Because they were in different departments, there was rarely any overlap between the two sides. This greatly reduced the possibility of her identity being exposed.
Of course, she wouldn't be too careless. Every time she made contact with the Rose Legion, she would ensure her own safety.
Over the next few days, she lived a seemingly ordinary and uneventful life.
Until a week had passed.
After one week, the Rose Legion finally arranged a mission for her identity as Stella. And this mission left her utterly speechless.
