Among the six special worlds, the locations of the Sea of Spirit, the Elemental Spirit Realm, and Heaven are public knowledge.

As long as the transcendent civilization you belong to reaches a certain level of development, you can obtain the locations of these special worlds through various means.

The Sea of Spirit needs no introduction; as a special world with the lowest threshold—or even no threshold at all—it serves as the gateway for transcendents across the Myriad Worlds to the concept of special worlds.

Almost every transcendent's first encounter with a special world is the Sea of Spirit.

Of course, that was before; future transcendents might not have that opportunity again.

As the largest pantheon of the current age, Heaven naturally does not hide its coordinates; instead, it proactively makes them public.

Within Heaven stand numerous magnificent holy cities to receive believers from all worlds, as well as merchants and other guests arriving for trade.

Compared to the former two, the coordinates of the Elemental Spirit Realm were not proactively shared but were instead deduced by mages.

Due to the contract formulas of elemental summoning magic, elements can obtain a portion of mana from their summoners after completing a task and bring it back to the Elemental Spirit Realm.

Some clever and ruthless mages exploited this by specially modifying their mana beforehand, imbuing it with persistent and easily detectable traits.

For example, by embedding glowing stones into their bodies, they could cause their mana to carry and be tainted by those properties.

Then, by letting the elements carry this mana back to the Elemental Spirit Realm, they could trace its location.

Thus, the home of the elements was exposed to the eyes of transcendents across the Myriad Worlds.

Initially, many transcendents thought the Elemental Spirit Realm would be accessible, just like Heaven and the Sea of Spirit.

However, the Element Overlord is not like the merciful Lord of Heaven, who needs to spread faith.

Every trespasser who illegally entered the Elemental Spirit Realm suffered his thunderous punishment.

It is said that this supreme ruler of elements does not kill trespassers immediately upon capture.

Instead, he imprisons them and forces them to tell him stories; once the story ends, so does their life.

As these horror stories spread, the interest of transcendents in the Elemental Spirit Realm plummeted.

While there is no shortage of fearless adventurers among transcendents, being an adventurer does not mean lacking common sense.

Soon, Chen Xu arrived outside the Elemental Spirit Realm.

It is important to note that the Elemental Spirit Realm has a World Lord; the Element Overlord, much like the Lord of Heaven and Chen Xu himself as the Lord of the Undead, is the sovereign of a special world.

Logically, in a world with a World Lord, functions like interception would not rely on default, automated settings.

It seemed that something truly monumental had occurred within the Elemental Spirit Realm.

Yet Chen Xu sensed no aura of Hell. Was the mastermind not Hell, but the Lord of Heaven? Or perhaps the Great Sage?

Thoughts swirled in Chen Xu's mind, but he knew he couldn't uncover the truth through guesswork alone.

Thus, he decided to enter the Elemental Spirit Realm to investigate.

But before that, there was one more thing to do.

Chen Xu snapped his fingers, opening a spatial gate, and with a thought, he pulled a specific ghost through.

Flideng looked dazed. Why had his Lord suddenly snatched him away from the battlefield again?

Suddenly, a possibility occurred to him.

Could it be that the opportunity for promotion had finally come to him?

Seeing Bone Guard One and Zhenyuan promoted one after another recently had made him incredibly envious.

Ghosts were clearly one of the three high-tier undead types, yet they were currently being overshadowed by common skeletons.

Hearing the keywords "breakthrough" and "Eternal Rank," Flideng's attention snapped into focus instantly.

But before Flideng could indulge in his fantasies, Chen Xu snapped him back to reality with a sharp metaphorical slap.

"Don't get ahead of yourself. There's an anomaly in the Elemental Spirit Realm right now, and I'm going in to investigate. As for you..."

Chen Xu activated his Off-Duty talent, lending all the realm and skills of one of the Red-tier Black Knights to Flideng.

"If you want to be promoted, then go earn it yourself. This level of strength is considered upper-mid tier across the Myriad Worlds, and combined with talent enhancements, it should be more than enough to deal with some Element Monarchs."

"How many Element Cores you can gather and whether you have hope of ascending to the Eternal Rank depends entirely on your own efforts."

Hearing this, Flideng shuddered.

Chen Xu looked him up and down and said flatly.

Without another word, he wrapped Flideng in mental strength and entered the Elemental Spirit Realm together.

Once inside, Chen Xu's form suddenly blurred, his body turning into a pool of fluid that sank downward.

Sensing the surrounding aura, Flideng quickly locked onto a mythic-tier Element Lord. A ripple spread as Flideng turned transparent, vanishing from sight as he crept toward the target.
