Starting from the Beast Tamer Association, a twenty-minute ride on a maglev sightseeing vehicle brings you to a distant view of the unique building suspended in the air.
The restaurant is circular, with a standard battle arena in the center, surrounded by tiered dining areas.
Most notably, the entire building has no enclosed walls, replaced instead by transparent energy barriers that both block high-altitude winds and allow customers to enjoy a 360-degree view of the surrounding floating islands.
