Lin Gui originally wanted to ask further to gain more information.
However, inside his mind, Shadow Blade Lynn made no further sound.
Feeling helpless, he looked at Hugh and Hannah.
"Since Gusion put it that way."
"Why did Lord Morpheus and the others still go inside?"
Hugh sighed.
"Kilian."
He paused.
"He knows some Soul Magic and can use soul tracking."
"He wanted to enter and provide direction for Lord Gusion."
Lin Gui's brows furrowed slightly.
"Can soul tracking actually work in there?"
Inside his mind, Shadow Blade Lynn's disdainful sneer resounded abruptly.
'Soul tracking?'
'What a joke.'
'That place is the domain of a Demigod who plays with souls.'
'Even if you brought over legendary Legendary Soul Magic, it would be useless.'
'Anyone who enters will inevitably get lost.'
Lin Gui raised an eyebrow.
He looked at Hugh.
"So, did they succeed?"
Hugh gave a bitter smile.
"No."
"All the soul magic scrolls given to me failed."
He lowered his eyes.
"They're trapped inside to die; they can't get out."
Lin Gui remained silent for a few seconds.
Then, he raised his head.
"I have a way to point out the direction."
He paused.
"It isn't a method based on magic, battle force, or soul force."
"It should be able to guide them."
He looked at Hugh and Hannah.
"But the premise is that I must go inside and find them."
As his words fell,
Hugh froze.
Hannah raised her head as well, clear shock flashing in her crimson eyes.
Eve alone showed no surprise on her face.
It was as if she had long known he would say that.
Lin Gui's expression was solemn.
"The problem is that my strength is far too weak."
"I'm worried I'll run into Jesse."
Hannah's brows knitted tightly.
She was silent for a moment before speaking slowly:
"If you enter from the third gap..."
"...you won't run into that monster."
She paused.
"To save that Demon Hunter, Lord Gusion brought him into the third gap."
"The direction of that gap faces away from the core of the Voiceless Abyss."
"As long as that monster is after that thing..."
"...she couldn't possibly go there."
Lin Gui looked at her.
"Then... inside the Voiceless Abyss, besides that sleeping Demigod..."
"...are there any other demons or hazards?"
Hannah shook her head with certainty.
"No."
"No demon dares approach its domain."
"There is nothing inside besides it."
Lin Gui repeatedly confirmed the details and the authenticity of the information.
He then nodded.
"I need a method to locate Gusion."
Hugh and Hannah exchanged a glance.
Silence.
After a long moment, Hannah spoke:
"If you get close enough with the Demon King Pillar I gave you..."
"...you might be able to sense the Demon King's location."
She paused.
"Originally, Morpheus intended to use it to point the exit out to the Demon King as well."
"However, ever since that monster entered..."
"...changes we cannot see have occurred within the Voiceless Abyss."
"All the methods Lord Gusion placed in the Voiceless Abyss have failed."
She looked at Lin Gui.
"Therefore..."
"...I can't guarantee that the Demon King Pillar will guide you to him either."
Lin Gui took out the pillar Hannah had given him from his storage space.
He handed it to Eve.
Eve took it and closed her eyes.
A moment later, she opened her eyes.
A faint smile rippled across her purple eyes.
"It works."
Hugh and Hannah froze at the same time.
They looked at Eve, their eyes filled with confusion.
Inside his mind, Shadow Blade Lynn's voice rang out:
'You want the Saintess to use Prophecy and divine power to locate that Demon King?'
Lin Gui replied in his mind:
'Yes. Is there any problem with that, Lady Shadow Blade Lynn?'
Shadow Blade Lynn was silent for a moment.
Then she said:
'Locating the Demon King's approximate position inside from the outside is fine.'
'However, if you want to use Prophecy inside to locate someone outside to find the exit...'
'...you might be disappointed.'
'The tiny fluctuations of divine power in Prophecy cannot possibly remain stable near a Demigod.'
Lin Gui nodded.
'I thought so too.'
Shadow Blade Lynn grew even more bewildered.
Magic, battle force, soul force, and even divine power could not function.
Why was this guy still stubbornly planning to go inside to pull people out?
Could he actually have some kind of trick?
Three hours later.
The flying vessel crossed layers of ruins and arrived at the Voiceless Rift.
Passing through the numerous terrifying spectral demon nests within the rift,
they finally arrived at the Voiceless Abyss.
Lin Gui stopped the flying vessel.
Standing at the edge of the abyss, he looked down.
Shadow Blade Lynn extended half her soul-shadow from inside his mage robes.
Hugh and Hannah also barely propped themselves up to look toward that deadland.
Then, they saw it.
Lin Gui began to chant.
The sound was entirely novel.
No rhythm of normal magic chanting could be heard from it.
It was as if it were a spell composed of an entirely new rhythm.
Hugh frowned.
He couldn't feel any magic fluctuations.
Hannah shook her head.
She couldn't sense any mobilization of demon energy either.
Shadow Blade Lynn inside his robes was even more stunned.
There was no invocation of soul force.
Eve stood quietly to the side.
She didn't sense any trace of divine power either.
Only Lin Gui himself could sense it.
Inside his body, a power independent of the five great energies
was currently being drawn upon.
Spatial power.
What he was chanting was the magic that could guide him out from inside.
Novice spatial magic.
Spatial Coordinates.
Before his eyes, a transparent white diamond coordinate...
...was gradually taking shape along with the chant.
The diamond hovered in midair, rotating slowly.
Its edges glowed with a faint shimmer.
Lin Gui reached out his hand and made a loose grasping motion.
The coordinate trembled slightly, establishing a connection with him.
After setting everything up,
Lin Gui looked at Eve.
"Have you sensed the Demon King's location?"
Eve kept her eyes closed.
A moment later, she opened her eyes and looked toward the Voiceless Abyss.
Under the moonlight, the Voiceless Abyss revealed its true face.
"Voiceless Rift" referred to the overall geographical region,
encompassing the surrounding spectral demon nests.
Whereas the place where "The Silent End" truly slept
was the core of the Voiceless Rift.
Namely, the three mist-shrouded massive caverns before them,
as well as the vast, bottomless dark space underground.
The Voiceless Abyss.
Eve reached out and pointed underground.
"That direction."
She paused, her tone slightly uncertain.
"Twelve kilometers away."
Lin Gui nodded.
"Don't move."
Under the strange gazes of the others, he circled around Eve...
...and chanted that strange spell once more.
They had no idea what Lin Gui was doing.
In truth, he was using Spatial Coordinates to establish a coordinate system.
Taking the direction Eve had indicated,
he used Spatial Mark to precisely mark it down,
pointing out the path for himself.
Another semi-transparent white diamond coordinate surfaced beside Eve.
It rotated slowly, echoing the first coordinate from afar.
Lin Gui looked at the three-dimensional coordinate axis formed by these four coordinates.
After confirming the direction, he took a deep breath.
He prepared to enter the abyss.
Shadow Blade Lynn's cold voice exploded inside his mind:
'You're walking into your own death!'
'Think of your family!'
Lin Gui was speechlessly exasperated.
'It's not that dramatic. I cherish my life.'
He looked at Hugh and Hannah.
"Help me take care of Eve."
He paused.
"If I don't return within two days..."
"...don't wait for me."
Having said that, he mounted his oak staff.
Floating toward the edge of the abyss.
Shadow Blade Lynn's angry curses echoed in his mind:
'Madman!'
'Get back here!'
'If you die, who is going to help revive me?!'
She attempted to manipulate her soul force to forcefully stop Lin Gui.
However, Lin Gui had anticipated it.
Before she could act,
he had already accelerated and floated directly into the third entrance of the Voiceless Abyss.
Gray mist surged and swallowed his figure in an instant.
Shadow Blade Lynn's rage practically materialized.
'You bastard!'
She abruptly manipulated the glass bead, turning it into a pale blue stream of light,
and rushed into the abyss right after him.
