Novels Haven is looking for translators who would love to share their favorite asian novels on an English platform. No prior translation experience is required. MTL is allowed as long as it is properly edited and proofread (no raw copy-paste MTL).

- Fluent English proficiency (required)
- Ability to translate JP / KR / CN novels
- Responsible use of MTL with proper editing & proofreading
- Reasonable activity and communication (no strict release quota)
- Willingness to manage your own translations end-to-end
Translators must find and pick their own novels. No raws are provided. No proof readers or editors are provided.

- No adult / smut content (with some exceptions)
- No novels from copyright-sensitive publishers, including (but not limited to):
- Novelpia
- Kakao
💰 Monetization & Revenue
- ~80% revenue share for translators (exact split and details shared after application)
- Coin-based system for advanced chapters

- Transparent revenue dashboard showing every purchase
Payouts are sent via Wise. Payout schedules are negotiable, but no faster than bi-weekly.
